Americas Cardroom has launched a new round of “The Next Moneymaker,” a tournament that will run from March 11 to June 5 and award $100,000 to the winner.
On each of the thirteen Saturdays over this time, a $86 tournament will be played, awarding points to the overall standings. The last chance to exchange weekly competition points for chips will expire on May 28.
The winner of each event will get 15,000 points, while the top 24 finishers will also receive chips. The last event will be the Main Event, which will be place on June 4 and 5, and the winner will get $100,000 to utilize in the World Series of Poker or for any other purpose. In addition, Americas Cardroom will provide the new Moneymaker with a $15,000 package to the WSOP Main Event.
